Who is behind this
The project is being validated. There is no company yet and we have nothing to sell. We are finding out whether the tool is of any use in a real practice.

What we are testing
Whether search by description returns, in a real and untidy archive, the documents a specialist was actually looking for. That is the one question, and the whole validation phase exists to answer it.
The answer "no" is also an answer. The written assessment stays with the practice whatever it says, including when it goes badly.
What we do not know yet
- whether exports from common records programs can be loaded without manual work
- how large an archive has to be before the search is worth anything
Why we say so plainly
A practice that comes forward despite a sentence saying there is no company and nothing to buy comes forward knowingly. That is the only kind of partner a pilot is worth running with.
