Privacy policy
This site collects two things: what you type into the enquiry form and, if you agree to it, visit statistics. Below is what exactly, on what basis and for how long.
Who the controller is
The Vayarch project, run by Michał Tuszyński, Kacper Konopko and Dawid Flisek. No company has been registered, so there are no registration details here. Not because we are withholding them but because they do not exist. Contact: [email protected].
The enquiry form
- Scope
- the name of the practice, a person's name, an email address, a telephone number, the name of your records program
- Basis
- your consent together with steps taken before entering into an agreement
- Retention
- ninety days
We also store a digest of the IP address and the browser name, to limit automated submissions. The address itself is not kept, only an irreversible fingerprint of it.
Enquiry data is deleted after ninety days. If an enquiry becomes a facility in our internal records, the contact details move there and fall under a separate deletion deadline.
Cookies and browser storage
- Consent
- a cookie, remembers your decision about statistics, valid for a year
- Language
- a technical cookie, remembers the language version, needs no consent
- Appearance
- remembers whether you chose the light or the dark version of the site; held in browser storage rather than in a cookie, so it is never sent to our server
Visit statistics
The site loads Google Analytics only after you agree. Before you click "I agree" it makes no request outside its own server at all.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data and the rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. To exercise any of them, write to [email protected].
Who the data goes to
The notification of a new enquiry is sent through an external mail provider. The message carries only the practice's name and a link, with no personal name, address or telephone number. Beyond that we pass enquiries to nobody.
